How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your ORNG account and all associated data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to our support team at data-deletion-request@orng-app.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. In the body of the email, please state your full name and confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account and all of your data.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

• Verify that the request is coming from the legitimate account owner. We may send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
• Once verified, we will begin the process of permanently deleting your account and all associated data from our databases, including your user profile, connected social media accounts, posts, and RSS feeds.
• This process will be completed within 30 days of your request.
• Please note that this action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

This deletion process removes your data from our application (ORNG). It does not delete your content from Instagram or any other connected social media platform. You will need to manage your content on those platforms directly.
